Job Role:

The Principal Consultant & Fraud Strategy Lead is responsible for defining, implementing, and continuously evolving the organization’s fraud prevention and detection strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep domain knowledge in fraud risk, governance, analytics, and compliance. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership, compliance teams, and technology stakeholders to ensure the organization’s fraud management capabilities are proactive, effective, and aligned with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities of Technology Sales and Accounts Manager:

Design and execute a comprehensive enterprise-level fraud strategy framework for the social development sector.
Lead risk assessments, fraud scenario mapping, and use case
Collaborate with business units to align fraud controls with operational
Develop fraud monitoring rules and oversee investigation workflows and
Track fraud trends and lead benchmarking against industry and global best
Work with GRC teams to ensure compliance with national and international standards (e.g., QIYAS, ISO 37001, NDMO).
Support technology teams in designing fraud analytics and detection
Present fraud insights, reports, and KPIs to executive leadership and
Lead cross-functional fraud prevention initiatives, including training and

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in risk management, Business, Information Security, or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of experience in fraud risk, strategy, compliance, or related
Professional certifications preferred: CFE, CRMA, ISO 37001 Lead Auditor, or
Deep understanding of fraud frameworks, GRC principles, and regulatory
Experience with fraud analytics tools and data-driven decision
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills at executive
Proven ability to develop and operationalize fraud governance models and
Familiarity with standards such as QIYAS, SAMA CFF, NORA, and NDMO is a
